ORIENTATION 2010
Hello all! We will be having an orientation for the new members of Rotaract Club.
Do take note of the time and venue. ^^
Date: 15 May 2010
Time: 10am-2pm
Venue: Blk K Level 1
Attire : Casual wear and sports shoes(no slippers as there may be outdoor game that require u to run)
There will be delicious food provided !
Not only that, you will get to interact more with your seniors!
If you have friends who are interested to join in the club, just bring them along to join and register with us! =)
There will be alot of fun and games!!

1. RECYCLE PROJECT BY SP LEO CLUB
Leo Club of Singapore Polytechnic is helping in organizing a Recycle Project which the aim is to raise fund for Clementi Student Service Centre, a centre for students from low income families which will provide them with a conducive study environment. The money raised will go in helping them run their activities and programs.
Date: 11th October 2009
Time: 9am-4pm
Venue: Yishun
No of Volunteers: As many.
2. STANDARD CHARTERED MARATHORN
This year's SCM will be on the 6th of December, so we could be part of SCM either on the actual day or during the preparation period (which is before 6 Dec)...
Here are some reasons why you should join SCM as a volunteer...
First, You get extrinsically motivated by the monetary rewards that SCM offers you as a volunteer
Viz twenty bucks and an new balance voucher for the volunteering opportunities
Sounds ironic huh, but SCM is really paying their volunteers for volunteering their services...
Second, You get intrinsically motivated because of the nature of the job scopes available & the fun that we will get!
Roles available are:
1. Start Point Marshals
2. Baggage Crew
3. Programme & Site Crew
4. Helpdesk/Info Crew
5. Route Marshals
6. Supporters' Programme Crew
7. Drinks Station Crew
8. Drinks Station Mixing Crew
